UK Standard Free above £12 spend (currently 3-7 working days) possibly 3-10 working days for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. £2.99 under £12 spend UK 1-2 working days for £11.99 Monday-Friday when ordered before 2PM) and UK Saturday Guaranteed delivery £14.99  (when ordered before 1PM Friday) If your order contains any of the following items we will be unable to Cancel your order (including postage & packaging) once it has been dispatched: Food/Chocolate gifts – Sending items such as these back and forth via couriers leads to the detriment in quality of these goods.

Customers in the UK are covered by Distance Selling Regulations, which means you are allowed to cancel you order from the moment you place the order, to 7 days after you receive your order. To cancel an order simply email us within 7 working days of receiving your order or anytime from the moment you placed your order. If the goods have been dispatched you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must arrange send the goods back to us to at your own cost  within 14 days of you cancelling the order.
